Interlibrary Loan is a library service that allows users to order items not owned by McConnell Library. With this service, patrons can obtain books, journal articles, and sometimes other types of library material. The service is free and uses an all electronic system called ILLiad that allows the user to track the progress of the request. The service is available to all currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students, and to staff and faculty as well. Read More About ILL.
The Interlibrary Loan staff will copy articles from materials owned by McConnell Library, convert them to an electronic format (.pdf) and send you an email with a link and instructions as to how to access these articles. The document delivery service uses the same system and the same request forms as the interlibrary loan service for ease in requesting library materials. With this system, the request information is saved for future reference but the .pdf file is deleted after 30 days. Read More About Document Delivery.
