      3. copy of deed dated January 24, 1844 wherein William Alexander Stuart and Ellen B. Stuart convey to Crockett and Company 3,130 acres of land known as the Lick Mountain Survey.

    1. File containing various letters and copy of deed dated May 8, 1969 wherein Eva C. Akers conveyed to Virginia Land Development Co. 125 acres near Cripple Creek in Wythe Co. (plat attached to deed); copies of deed wherein Mrs. Aker's husband, Harry Akers, bought land in 1931.

    1. Contains various agreements wherein V. I. C. C. rents pastures from various person between 1964 and 1973.
