(Of which Andis Tract is one Pulaski Development obtained property from Wythe and Speedwell Mining and Iron Co. In September, 1890. Details/Minutes of meeting of Wythe, Speedwell Board meeting included: Copy of Deed transferring property form Carter Coal and Iron co. To V. I. C. C. In 1899 along with Deed of Trust included.     3. File containing correspondence pertaining to V. I. C. C. And N&W Relationship on two occasions. First, N&W, V. I. C. C. Concurrence on building "The Cripple Creek Extension" in 1900. Included is correspondence on obtaining right-of- ways. Second, N&W efforts to extend tract in 1907 from Cripple Creek Station to Speedwell, VA. Right-of-Way condemnations and plats showing property to be taken by N&W for this extension are included. Another part of this file pertains to the 1938-1941 granting by V. I. C. C. Of Right-of-Way to VA. Highway Dept. For changing public route 619 from low water bridge near Mr. E. E. Marshall on Cripple Creek to Barney Ford on Cripple Creek. Road will follow old N&W Right-of-Way. Also correspondence pertaining to granting of old Route 619 parallel to Cripple Creek to V. I. C. C.
