      6. series of letters dated in 1919 wherein V.I.C.C. and N&W finally agree to divide the cost of repairing the damage done by an N&W train at V.I.C.C.'s Dewey Tripple.

      8. copy of agreement dated December 11, 1899 between N&W and V.I.C.C. wherein N&W agreed to build a side or spur track to V.I.C.C. ore warf at Mile Post 242 and 304.3 feet.
