and $75 per year for damages and losses to his milling operation caused
by V.I.C.C. dumping water from its ore washer at Dewey Mines into the Goose
Creek.

to divide the cost of repairing the damage done by an N&W train at
V.I.C.C.'s Dewey Tripple.

wherein N&W agreed to build a side or spur track to V.I.C.C. ore warf
at Mile Post 242 and 304.3 feet.

157 feet east and put on north side of track.

is found the receipt billing statement and copy of a permit issued by V.I.C.C.
