  1. Folder labeled Elijah McClannahan 79.95 acres sold to City of Roanoke. This folder contains letter documents and interoffice V.I.C.C. memos relating to the 1962-1964 condemnation suit by Roanoke City against V.I.C.C. property near Mill Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Also in the folder are newspaper clippings from 62-64 concerning the dispute between Roanoke and V.I.C.C.

    1. File labeled Roanoke Traction and Light Co. containing documents pertaining to the granting by V.I.C.C. to Roanoke Traction and Light Co. a right-of-way for construction of a pole line in 1908 and 1912.

    3. File labeled City of Roanoke containing documents relating to the granting by V.I.C.C. to Roanoke, Dec. 15, 1922, of .053 acres of pump house property to widen Franklin Road.

    8. Map dated May 15, 1937 showing 3.3 acres of land being a portion of the V.I.C.C. property located about 5 miles south of Roanoke city- west of Rocky Mount Highway. Description of property attached.
