      1. map dated March 30,1925 showing Tract No. 441, the J.F. Fluke or coaling 207.254 acre tract on waters of Glade Creek in Botetourt Co.

      2. abstract of title tracing property back to 1783.

      3. various letters etc. concerning the conveying of property by V.I.C.C. to the Commonwealth of Virginia to be included in the Blue Ridge Parkway, total of 251 acres involved including 110.08 acres from Fluke Tract.

  2. Folder labeled Harper containing a copy of Quit Claim Deed dated December 5, 1962 wherein V.I.C.C. gave up mineral rights to property owned by the Harpers in Botetourt Co, VA.

  3. Folder labeled Postal Telegraph Cable Co. containing copy of agreement for placing poles on V.I.C.C. property in Botetourt County, VA.

  4. Folder labeled N & W Railway Co.- Botetourt.

    1. File labeled 18" Drain Pipe containing copy of agreement dated 1908 and map showing location of an 18" drain pipe built by V.I.C.C. across N & W railway near Buchanan, VA.

    2. File containing agreement dated April 8, 1908 wherein N & W granted permission V.I.C.C. across to build a two foot drain pipe across N & W 's Railway near Buchanan.

    3. File containing copy of agreement dated September 15, 1904 wherein N & W agreed to the placement by V.I.C.C. of a boiler house and blacksmith shop on N & W Railway near Buchanan, VA.

    4. File containing copy of agreement dated May 1, 1901 wherein N & W agreed to the erection of a boiler house and the laying of pipe under their track near Buchanan to connect with the boiler house. Two copies of map dated Mar. 13, 1901 showing the location are attached.

    5. File containing agreement dated March 30, 1900 wherein N & W agreed to the erection of a frame platform by V.I.C.C. on N & W's Railway near Buchanan.

    6. File containing agreement dated March 1, 1901 wherein N & W agreed to V.I.C.C. placing a telephone in the N & W station at Blue Ridge in Botetourt Co., VA.

    7. File containing copy of agreement dated April 15, 1907 wherein N & W agreed to build a spur line to the V.I.C.C. quarry near Buchanan. Copy of map dated April 23, 1907 showing the proposed siding at 213 mile siding for V.I.C.C.

  5. Folder labeled Sale to Samuel T. Brown.

    1. File containing documents relating to the sale in 1960 by V.I.C.C. to Samuel T. Brown of Virginia Stone and Construction Corp. in return for 108,000 shares of V.I.C.C. stock owned by Mr. Brown. Also properties to include real estate in Bedford and Botetourt Counties including the quarry on James River in Botetourt.

    2. Map dated August 16, 1917 showing the proposed water supply for superintendent's house, building and commissary at Sexton Quarry, Buchanan, VA.
