      4. various letters dated 1916 between Mr. Jab Melvin of the Altoona Trust Co. and V.I.C.C. concerning the possible purchase of the entire St. Clair Tract by V. I. C. C.; Melvin sold to A. W. Persinger of Clifton Forge.

    5. File labeled St. Clair containing correspondence dated between 1964 and 1973 concerning division of the St. Clair Tract into two parcels, one wholly owned by V.I.C.C. and the other owned by Firmstone. 

  4. Folder labeled McClure 18.440 acre. This folder contains documents giving title history of property located in Botetourt Co. VA. Also in folder is original and two copies of map dated June 15,1922 showing Tract No. 445, the W. T. McClure 18,440 acre tract on Goose Creek.

  5. Folder labeled Layman which contains a title abstract on right of way across the George Layman property which was conveyed to Crozier Iron Co. in 1890. Property located in Botetourt Co.

    1. Original and copy of map dated April 22,1925 showing Tract No. 442 the Thomas Gross 42.098 acre tract on waters of Glade Creek in Botetourt Co. VA.
