      4. copy of contract dated March 13, 1901 wherein Nannie J. Brugh and George A. Brugh, her husband, granted V.I.C.C. a right of way for a narrow gauge RR and permission to build and operate a crusher and washer plant and boiler house.

      6. various letters dated early 1907 wherein Brughs back out on deal to sell and V.I.C.C. tries to figure ways to obtain property. In 1908 the Brughs sold 0.89 acres to V.I.C.C. and in 1909. they sold the remaining 44 acres to V.I.C.C.

    2. Various letters and documents relaying to the sale by V.I.C.C. top the of VA of 251.82 acres in Bedford and Botetourt Counties on Goose Creek which Isaac O. Cundiff deeded to Edith Iron Mining Co. on June 6, 1881. Traces title back to Isaac St. Clair who died in 1829.
