The Radford Campus
ca. 1925

Twelve years after it opened, the Radford State Teachers College only had two buildings on its campus--the Administration Building (later renamed Founders Hall) and Tyler Hall, named after James Hoge Tyler, Governor of Virginia from 1898 to 1902.

Present day Norwood Street looks like it is only a two-lane road.
